Heat that comes on when you need it
Boilers, furnaces, radiators and hot-water heat. We repair them, look after them every year and put in new ones, across Westchester, Rockland, the Bronx and Stamford–Greenwich.
Boilers and hot-water heat
A boiler heats your home through water: radiators, baseboard or pipes in the floor. When one room stays cold, the radiators bang or the pressure keeps dropping, there's a reason, and it's usually a part we can fix.
- Repairs: no heat, no hot water, low pressure, leaks, a burner that won't fire
- Yearly maintenance: cleaned, checked and set up before the cold comes
- Circulators, valves and expansion tanks replaced when they wear out
- New boilers sized for your home, including wall-hung combi boilers
Furnaces and warm-air heat
A furnace heats air and blows it through your ducts. If it starts and stops, blows cold or won't light at all, we check the ignition, the burners, the flame sensor and the airflow, and fix what's wrong.
- No-heat calls: ignition, burner and control problems
- Tune-ups before winter, so it starts on the first cold night
- Ductwork laid out and sealed so every room gets warm air
- Thermostats: old dials and new digital ones, wired and set up
Radiators, baseboard and floors
The part of the system you live with. We install, replace and balance them so each room gets the heat it needs.

No heat? Check these first
Sometimes it's something small. A few safe checks before you call:
1. The thermostat. Is it set to Heat, and a few degrees above the room? If it has batteries and the screen is blank, change them.
2. The power. Look for a tripped breaker, and check that the boiler or furnace switch (often red, near the stairs or the unit) is on.
3. The boiler's pressure. When the boiler is cold, the gauge usually reads about 15. Much lower, and the boiler may shut itself off: call us.
4. The furnace filter. A clogged filter can make a furnace shut down. Swap it if it's grey and full.
Still cold? Call (914) 275-6168 and tell us what you saw. It helps us bring the right parts.
